1) Find out where your brow should go. To do this, take a long eyeshadow brush and hold it up, resting lightly against your nostril. Where the tip meets the brow is where it should start.
2) Now find the end of your brow by holding the brush diagnolly so it rests against the corner of your eye. Where the inside edge of the pencil hits is where your brow should end.
3) The best eyebrows have a slight arc. To work out where yours should go, hold the brush so the inside edge is on the outside of your iris (the colored part of your eye). Where the brush meets the eyebrow is the point where the highest part of your brow should be.
4) Now it's time to pluck. Using the brightest light and best mirror you've got, pluck any stray hairs. Remember to pull quickly and in the direction of hair growth.

I avoided waxing for as long as I could, but there came a time when I realized it really was the best route. Go to a salon and get them waxed. They'll pluck stray hairs as well.
I've always heard that you should NEVER pluck above your eyebrows, only below.
To help determine where your natural arch is, place a pencil vertically where your pupil starts (from the outside). Dot your skin above this area, as it will be where your natural arch is. Then you know where to pluck. :)
Good luck!

bottom, you should never touch the top. a natural look is better in my opinion anyway and leaving the top alone allows for a natural look but still tamed and pretty. the hairs on the top help fill in your eyebrows, so if you take them out you're thinning them a lot. not to mention natural looking eyebrows are in right now, and personally I think they should stay in, the eyebrows girls seem to be stuck on where they have their eyebrows basically a hair thick looks so trashy. they should put down the tweezers and back away from the mirror...

NEVER pluck the tops! this is where your arch is. unless you want straight across brows. anyway, take a pen and cross your nose to the beginning of your brow, this is where your arch starts. another thing you can try to shape them nice is to take an eyebrow pencil and draw the shape that you want, and pluck the extras underneath the line. but, if all else fails, go to a salon.

rather han you plucking them you should get them waxed and the waxer will shape them for you, then when they grow back all you have to do is pluck the hairs that she waxed. Otherwise you should always pluck from the bottom, hats what they say anyway.

well...although plucking makes your eyebrows more cleaner, and neater looking, I choose to wax my eyebrows just 'cause i dont really know how to shape mine. but never wax them by yourself. I go to a nailsalon that has waxing availible. It costs about 7$ for ur eyebrows. The pros can give you a subtle arch that looks great!

Well, I occasionally pluck, but in my opinion I like waxing. It hurts the first couple of times, but you get used to it! Good Luck!

eyebrows should be shaped naturally from your own face...
start on the bottom...the highest arch to your brows is where it is the highest point...the beginning of your eyes closest to your nose is where you start plucking....use a eyeliner to shape it out on the mirror first to see if that is what you prefer...then pluck away...

Have them professionally waxed. After that you will know how to maintain them by plucking, if you like.

to keep a natural shape just pluck the hairs that go outside of your natural shape. stay as close to natural as possible, and try not to overpluck them.
