What happens if you get all Territories in Gta:Sa?

You will receive more money at the Johnson house... that's about it. The other gangs still attack you, but when i play they always seem to attack just one territory.

Well you get closer to completing 100 percent of the game but you want have to deal with seeing gang people around other then you grove street people.
