Not completely, no. I'm a web designer and frequently use dreamweaver and I recently wondered the same thing.

Unfortunately the problem lies with MySpace's code. The reason you have to enter your customised code into the About Me box, is because MySpace was never originally designed to be customised. It was put together badly using tables and has never been changed since - presumably the owner is worried that if he changes the code it will screw up 90% of everyone's pages!

So you are left with having to "hack" the CSS and HTML.

If you google "myspace codes" you will soon realise that a lot of the solutions to things like "how do I remove the friends comments?" is to add something like:

because what you are effectively doing is closing off a HTML table in the crappy myspace code. So what this means is that because you don't actually have access to all of the myspace code, you cannot recreate it entirely in Dreamweaver.

HOWEVER! There are elements that Dreamweaver can help you with, namely the CSS. If you throw some rough DIVs and text into dreamweaver and then apply the colour styles that you want, it will generate code that you can use in your myspace styles. You can get an idea of the existing styles that you need to customise by checking out some of the custom styles in places like this:

Alternatively, go to my personal myspace page, here:

and "View source". Then scroll down until you see the beginning of my style changes, which start with:
