Try The north west of England, on the coast, in Lancashire.

Liverpool was on the back of the titanic because titanic left England,Liverpool. It had a British crew for a British ship.

Titanic was owned and operated by the White Star Line, based out of Liverpool in NorthWest England, on the Irish Sea. Ironically, Titanic never sailed from Liverpool. She was built by Harland and Wolfe in Belfast, Ireland, and sailed directly for Southampton, England, upon being fitted out, and the bulk of her passengers boarded there. (More joined a day or two later at Cherbourg, France, and then there was that date with the iceberg...)

It is on the west coast of England near the Isle of Man next to Wales. The Beatles are from there. I hate to say this guy but your really bad at geography.
