first: I am not being mean... seriously, i have no problem with homosexuals.. i am just curious.. i want to know what you believe in your heart.
Do you believe that what you are doing is a sin?
Do you believe that God is okay with what you are doing?
What do you believe?
Again, this is not a gay-bashing question.. so serious answers only please!

I think its a perfectly acceptable question... and if you can't answer it then thats something you have to deal withyourself, b/c obviously you don't know what you believe about yourself..

For another thing, I don't need to know everyone's spiritual backgrounds.. I really dont care.. so stop wasting your time typing what Im not going to read..
And another thing, I seriously ask this question b/c people are always saying, " oh your going to hell b/c your gay" and they never say that about anyone else.. I understand that... but everyone that answered (almost) is so hardup and defensive about everything... who is the one with the hate here? it doesnt seem like me.

I'm bisexual, and no, I don't believe I'm going to hell. Or if I am, it's definitely not for my sexuality.

The more that time goes on, the less I think the things we do in bed are indicators of if you are a good person or not. I still frown on promiscuity and casual sex, but if you don't hurt anyone in it, or have any malintent, aren't there better aspects of your life to determine if you should go to heaven or hell?

Honestly, those are my thoughts on the matter. I just know in my heart of heart that no sexual orientation is a sin- it's what you do with it and with the people in your life.

Hope that helps- and thanks for asking so sweetly!

-well the bible dosn't say it is a sin for a start i read it four times
-the bible was writing by man not by a god anyway
-if there is a heaven or hell do we really know it excist
-i would rafter live my life the way i want then believe in a place (heaven) that may not excist
-my heaven is here and now on earth i know that excist so i believe in that i know it is real
-if there is a god it would be much greater then that, it (god) would have the power to change the world so why dose it (god) not
'the power of will' bullsh!t
- if god did not want us to be able to be gay why would he make
the @ss the same size as the vagina or there abouts
why would god make the pleasure of the male G-spot right up in there
the reason it depends on what you believe
to me it has not done anything in my life to make me think it is there
so i don't care i live here in my heaven

i realize you are trying to not 'gay bash' but what you are saying is.
your question can be taking as
we will go to hell because we choose our own way of life
i ask you to open your mind see the world as it really is
religions are all fake
people need some thing to believe in religions take advantage of this
thing of how much many is in the Church's there buildings
they could stop the world from hunger but they don't
there are Church's made of gold in the middle of poverty one little bit could save a nation so i ask why

I think that this is a good question. Nothing wrong with it what-so-ever. So just ignore all those whom say otherwise.

Do I believe me being gay is a sin? No
Do I believe God is okay with me being gay? Yes... he made me.
What do I believe...?

a) What I believe is that God made people... if he was going to place homosexuals in hell for being gay then he would have done other wise with me.

b) If homosexuals go to hell then I am going to be having one heck of a time chilling with Satin... it would end up being like a gay club! Woo-woo...

-Hope that answers everything.

Nope, I don't believe that for a minute. In fact I think that God paired me up with my partner because she was at a time in her life that she needed help, understanding, and compassion. I don't know if you believe in past lives, but several physic type folks have told us that we have been sole mates in many past lives and always find each other in times of need. We have supposedly been sisters (twins), mother and daughter, husband and wife, teacher and student, and boss and employee! Interesting to think about. We both are active in the prespyterian church and do mission work. I think that God would look more favorably on that aspect of our lives.

Since your question is in regards to Hell, and Hell is a Christian concept, I am going to assume that you're a Christian. Since I assume you're a Christian, I'll assume that you believe and follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. If my assumptions are correct then why would you have to ask if homosexuals believe they are going to Hell?

Let's get Christian here for a minute:

When Jesus was asked, "Master, which is the great commandment in the law?"

"Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets."
- Matthew 22:36-40

People who call themselves Christians should remember reading the following words of Jesus:

“Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You shut the kingdom of heaven in men’s faces. You yourselves do not enter, nor will you let those enter who are trying to.”
– Matthew 23:13

Let's see... I have been a loving grandchild, nephew, cousin, son, brother, uncle, partner, and friend. I have never been purposely cruel to anyone nor have I turned anyone away that has needed my help. I have volunteered to help at animal shelters, children's hospitals, and retirement homes. Most importantly, I am honest with myself and those around me. I have not done these things to make myself look better than anyone else and certainly not out of fear of some eternal punishment.

Anyway, my answer is no, I do not believe that I am going to Hell. Thanks for asking.

No, I don't believe I am going to Hell, or that being gay is a sin. I think God is okay with me loving people in the way He designed me to.

My Orthodox church certainly says I'm headed toward hell for having sex with men.

but I hope that Jesus will forgive me for my faults and defects.

He knows I didn't want or choose this life and people want to be intimate with someone or something.

If I could have changed with a miracle, I would. But no miracle happened.

yes I fear the judgement of Our Lord Jesus christ on the last day.

I hope He will be pitiful on me - but I know what the Orthodox church says about me. they say I must live as a celibate if I can't love women.

No, I'm not going to Hell!
I'm not sinning for being myself.
God created and loves us all, so He's fine with who I am.
the only people who are going to Hell are people who hate in the name of God. those who assume His role and pass judgment on others (this is God's right only), and preach hatred and intolerance....and then claim to be Christian. hate is neither a family nor a Christian value.
If God didn't create homosexuals, there wouldn't be any!

No I don't think I'll go to hell even though I am gay, because I believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for us and forgave all of our sins if we believe that he died on the cross for us so we may go to heaven and that he is God.
