You need some lubrication. Natural lubrication is best. Try extended foreplay, and don't proceed until you are comfortable, and wet.

There's probably nothing wrong with you. You should be getting annual exams by now, if you're ready for sex. This said, it could be that your hymen is not completely gone, you aren't adequately wet, your boyfriend is too soft, "bad" technique, or most likely, a combination. I often have to guide him in at first with my hands. As long as you two can keep your sense of humor and try different things with each other, you should be okay. He should be able to put a few fingers in you at once before trying intercourse with you.

nothing is wrong with you - how old are you? are you old enough ? dont do this unless you are ready for it
you need to be relaxed not tense and your bf needs to take a lot of time to make sure you are relaxed and well lubricated - you may want to use some lubricant as well

Probably the fear of "pain" made you tense. Make sure that's what you really wanna do.

I think you should take it as a sign that you are not ready yet.
