You could file an emergency petition in your local family court. If you believe the child is in danger please call family services and your local police immediately! Don't wait until something bad happens that cannot be undone! An emergency petition in family court would grant temporary custody to you or another caring relative and keep the child from going to a foster home. The adults in his life have all the control, good or bad. He can't take care of this himself! It is up to you to do it!
