Would you look forward to being executed?
Maybe there is a dimension in which turkeys aim to be well dressed and eaten with respect.

unfortunely turkeys are bred in like warehouse, and never really walk around like wild turkeys. so that they are bred and fed to only live a short time. I read last year that they only live 18 months unlike real wild turkey which has a longer life span

Ha, this is a fun question. There are two answers to this, yes and no. Yes, then they can be re-incarnated, if they believe in past, present and future lives. No, definitely not a fun way to die - marinated, stuffed, roasted and eaten.

Animals do not think of symbols or meanings of things like humans do. They have no concept of things like Friday, Christmas, or 2006. Animals live for the moment.
