Recently I was In a car accident and the passenger side door took most of the impact. The door will not open. My question is how does one get inside of the door to remove it or repair it. I have a 2003 Pontiac Sunfire. I tryed to remove the panel inside just like you would if you wanted to change the speakers but the panel will not come off. If someone could tell me how this is done or point me to a website that explains this it would be greatly appreaciated. Thanks

you will probably need to take it in to an auto shop if it has bent or been dented in badly enough that it will not open. you can force the panel off but this won't do much but expose the frame of the door where you will probably find that its bent, if not then you will have to force the latch open with a screw driver or something.

It's jammed!!

Have someone hold the latch up from the outside and kick it from the inside.

Get it fixed by an automotive shop. You could try and saw it, but that's dangerous, unorthodox, and a decrepit technique. so, take it to an auto shop.
