There is no way to lose weight only on your face other than through surgery or liposuction. The only way to lose weight is to lose weight overall.

Contrary to popular belief you can't just lose weight from a particular area...however, your face is the first place that shows any weight loss so if you up the exercise and eat a healthy diet it should begin to look thinner before you notice much of a difference elsewhere. Then you can just work on maintaining that by not letting your weight creep up again.

There is no such thing as spot reduction. When you lose weight, you lose it from all different areas of your body. For instance, if you do 5,000 situps a day, you will burn calories, but you won't only lose fat from your stomach. You lose from all over.

You can use your fingertips and tap on your face/cheeks lightly. If you have a thin face, the tapping will make it bigger, and vice versa.
I'm not sure if it really works, but my aunt saw this beauty channel about it.

I guess you can search online for good facial exercise tips. I would try to move my face around in as many weird, strange, but non-hurtful ways as possible maybe after I had brushed my teeth or something.
