Yes that sounds pure white to me.
And pure white is like charlize theron,nicole kidman,donald trump,and many other celebrities that carry almost pure white features.

I've seen a list very much like this before. It was used by the Nazis to determine how "Aryan" a person was. Not hyperbole. Just fact. Look it up. Maybe you can save yourself some work in your search for racial purity.
I think it's interesting that you're trying to create a fictional "pure white" person from a few outward physical traits rather than basing "whiteness" on any genetic characteristics. Proves how utterly superficial race is. From your list, I guess no midgets would be pure white. Very much how the Nazis thought about purity.
I guess you didn't read about that set of twins born in the UK recently. One would fit your definition of being pure white. The other twin was dark brown. Both born to the same parents - father black, mother white. Go figure.

i did it yesterday for my friend. it looks AWESOME!! what your gonna have to do is use manin panic flashligghting bleach 40v and then leave it on for 45 minutes. it should be mostly blond right now but use a toner. sallys has one for 99cents. then wait a few days to give your hair a break. After you have waited use a 30v and leave it on for an hour. after that use manic panic virgin snow as your toner/dye. it makes your hair pure white.

They all passed through what we call now Ukraine. So I believe that is the main place where a mix of all caucasians can be found, maybe thats not what you had in mind, but I tried ^.o

There is no such thing....
"Race" is a social construction....meaning it has no scientific/medical premise....A group of people made it up so they could justify oppression & racism....a black person and a "white" person may have more similar DNA than 2 black people...
Race is socially constructed and made up...however it has major consequences, especially in the U.S. ....sadly enough!
