Don't worry.
Go into Internet Explorer.
Then go into Tools
1- Click Delete All Cookies, then confirm
2- Click on delete files, check the case, then confirm
3- Click Clear History, then confirm.
If possible, download a software such as Ccleaner, so you don't have to do this all the time.

Calm down, just delete it to the Recycle Bin and then empty it IF you downloaded it. If you didn't download it do like the others have suggested and delete all your cookies, files and history by rightclicking IE to get the Window that does that.
Then click on My Computer>right click Drive C>select Properties and do a Disk Cleanup.
THEN run ALL your Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware programs....UPDATED, of course!!!...to make sure your computer wasn't infected with anything nasty.
NO BIGGIE!
If you don't have any anti-spyware I suggest Spybot Search & Destroy along with AdAware se Personal by Lavasoft. You can get them both for free from http://download.com I run them each night after I get done with the Internet. SS&D even gives super real-time protection with it's Tea Timer function. AA free gives no real-time protection so I run it to mop up anything that MIGHT be missed by SS&D.
Also, USE the popup blockers in XP SP2, Y! Toolbar and Google Toolbar. I do this and very RARELY does anything get through all of THAT!!! It's just a pain to synchronise them to allow the popups you DO need, BUT WORTH the hassle a thousand fold!!!
I've used this cocktail of programs along with my AV ever since they came out with GREAT results!!!
GOOD LUCK!!!....& calm down....

If it was such an accident, tell your parents. If you try to hide it and they do find it you will be in trouble. Most likely if you are honest and tell them, they will understand. But if you dont and you get caught, they wont believe you.

If you don't have the pop up blocker turned on it could happen. That is something your parents may know and if it is on they will know that it didn't pop up. I don't know how to get rid of it but, don't lie if you looked at it and get in more trouble. OK? Good luck.

Unless you specifically typed in "naked girl" or something, it shouldn't really be on your computer...to be safe, I suppose you can go to tools--> delete browsing history (assuming you're using IE). That should fix it...as for seeing it on their user accounts, I don't think they can see it.
