Venezuela (or some such country) which has been a thorn and has denied being useful to US.
Afghanistan - it would only damage slightly some mountains. There is really not much for a nuke to do there.
Iraq does not need a nuke. There is really not much left after the US invasion for a nuke to destroy.
As for Iran, US has doubts that Iran has nuclear ambitions. Iran wants to be friendly with US, or why would they offer money for US tourists to visit their country ?
China is not possible. That would be disastrous for US economy. Thanksgiving sale would be a washout without Chinese products.

The direct answer is: on ~NO COUNTRY, NO PEOPLES, NO PLACE~
Alex, What a sad testament to you. Your "inquiry" does not read as an educated question, nor does it warrant any more than a reprimand for your poor judgment, your poor choice of thoughts, all completely at the expense of your credibility.
How can a proposition to detonate a bomb with the sole purpose of destroying others en masse ever serve as a valid basis for intellectual debate, or even one for "fun and frivolity"? Is your intention to waste your time and ours on insidious and manipulative questions?
_No Life is a toy, nor is Life's purpose cause for rallying support shielded in the guise of intellectual inquiries as a venue to idle away valuable time ruminating over Life's extinction through force and violence_

Iran, would address the most problems:
Hezbollah, Syria, would be undermined,
Hamas, al Qaeda, North Korea would wake up,
Our soldiers next door in Iraq would be under less threat than they now are from Iran.

Oh come on, Alex, is this really something to joke about?
We can't have just one if we are going to start that. I'm thinking we need at least 3.
