Does Americans global problems lie in the unwillingness to recognize that our own terrorism is terrorism?

The problems that the USA is now having with the Muslim militants/terrorists have been going on for a long time, way before the USA existed. It is nothing new. Here is an extract from Pope Urban II speech at Council of Clermont, 1095. This is what lead to the first Crusade. Christians were being massacred by muslim raids and Alexios I Komnenos, the Byzantine emperor and Urban II asked for aid from the west

The USA is having problems today because there are a lot of nutjobs in the world. These people are causing problems for everybody.

I am with Scarlet, if the only problem was Americans in Iraq ok.
But the muslims are causing problems all over the world and they just got out of a war with russia so why they are now friends escapes me.
