I don't listen to rap, but as far as R&B females I'd say MJB & Jill Scott, but geez...India Arie is hot too...males...there are a lot of good ones out there. Brian McKnight, Carl Thomas, Donnell Jones, John Legend...man, I could go on a few more lines. So, is there really a best? Not sure...
