anyone no where i can get one of these guns cheap and any upgrades for it?(scope, grenade lancher, ect.)

i would look into ebay and online stores. if you want a good ak-47 look for the UTG ak models, they're direct knock-offs of the Tokyo Marui rifles and their several hundred dollars cheaper (TM retails around 300, UTG is around 100) these guns are high quality and pretty reliable.
as far as scopes and launchers go the thing you should worry about is finding mounting rails. once you have rails you can add any scopes, really. grenade launcher wise i've only seen one ever for an AK model and i don't know how good it was, it cost about 200 dollars (launchers ain't cheap). realy with airsoft the best thing i've found to do is look around on the net on forums and in stores and on ebay (i love ebay for this stuff).
