With the silk shirt, don't even try to fix it yourself. Take it to a GOOD cleaners and see what they say.
You can try using one of those products you can find in the laundry detergent aisle that is supposed to pick up dye that is coming off in the wash, but I think that's more of a preventative thing than a fix-it, so I don't know if it'll help.
PLEASE tell me you didn't put it in the dryer, though....
If you stain something, and it doesn't come off in the wash (or sometimes if it happens in the wash), drying it will set the stain. Keep your clothes away from heating elements until you can find out if you can fix it.
You can try bleach (my new favorite product is the Clorox Bleach Pen, especially if you have a pattern on your unmentionables), just follow the directions.
You may have to come to terms with the fact that you could have some zebra-patterned underpants.

For everything except the silk shirt, wash in a load of hot water with bleach. If that doesn't work get a packet of "Rit Dye Remover" and follow the directions.
For the white silk shirt, Don't Panic! I wash all my very large silk wardrobe in the washer and dryer with great results. If it is 100% silk, follow the instructions in the first paragraph following. If it is not, take it to the dry cleaners, there really isn't any other way that is guaranteed not to shrink it.
For 100% silk, wash it alone on the delicate cycle in cool, (not cold), water with a gentle liquid detergent or woolite and "oxyclean". Let it soak for at least half an hour before going on to the rinse cycle in cold water, and dry it in the dryer on "cool", or "delicates". Take it out and hang it up immediately. It should be wrinkle free. If it isn't crisp and sharp enough for you, dampen it slightly with a spray bottle and iron on a cool setting.
If this doesn't work, or if you are afraid to try it, take it to the cleaners and ask them if they think they can get the faded on color out.
If none of these options work for you, you can always dye the white shirt a darker color that has blue tones in it, but do not use really hot water. If it is a Man's dress shirt, blue is a very attractive and almost as formal alternative.

Try washing them in hot water ,laundry soap, 1/2 cup bleach . Let them pre soak for 1/2 hour before washing. Do not dry .. If this helped but did not take all the dye out try another wash this time with hot water ,laundry soap, 20 mule team borax ( it softens the water to allow the detergent to work better ) and oxy clean a couple hefty scoops. allow 1/2 hour of pre soak time again.
Take the silk shirt to the cleaners.

It's best of you don't let them dry and put them back in the wash on a hot wash. If you are worried about shrinking, I would take out the things that will most likely shrink and soak in the sink with a little bleach for a few minutes and then once you notice that the stains are coming out, put them in the machine on a warm wash and it should come out.....fingers crossed....it really depends on the material and if it has dried in or not
Good Luck

Bleach may help. When you fill the washer, let them sit for a bit before you let it cycle. (Pull the knob back out or push it in whichever turns it off after the basket fills with water) I think its 2/3 or 3/4 cup of bleach per washer load. Check on the bottle.
Good Luck
