Ted...your answer is wrong, but not for the reason you may think. The earth could be smaller than the moon and still have more gravity if it had more mass. Size has nothing to do with gravity...Mass does...these are very different things.
But yes, the earth is about 4 times larger than the moon.

False. The earth is 6 times as large because the moon has 1/6 the gravity of earth. If you weigh 300 pounds on earth, you would weigh only 50 pounds on the moon.
