I have applied to this grad school that is different from my BA major. I was denied because they feel that I would not do well in there program. I was a non-degree student and accured a 3.0 in this program. I want to pursue this program again and the college b/c of the area. Now, that there is a different Director in charge I want to try again. Again, I have taking another grad course from a different school but the cost there is too expensive. Anway, please keep in mind I graduated with a BA from the same school. What are your suggestions?

I did not quite understand the ins and outs of your situation, but if you are determined to go to this particular school, perhaps you should make an appointment to see the chair and ask his/her advice about what you could do to better your chances of being accepted.

Take a few undergrad courses in the major that you want to pursue and do really well and then apply again with those under your belt.

Grad colleges verify out way extra effective than merely your GPA - there are GRE scores and extra effective events and the varieties of training you took and the essay on your application... they are involved in the huge image, in how properly they think of you will do sooner or later and not plenty how properly you probably did in one semester in the previous. i does no longer worry redoing the historical past; it in all hazard does no longer be particularly worth it. Spend that added time and power into making your application astonishing! solid luck!
