It has to do with deviant sexual behavior. Used in classified ads of that sort as a code word. If you enter it into the search bar you can get more info, if you want it.

It sounds similar to "TTFN" (Ta-ta for now), I'd guess that it could be "Ta-ta, Will talk to you (later?)".
