How do I clean dye powder out of the carpet?

You could try this stuff called Goo Gone you buy at the hardware store in with the cleaning products.It took black oil paint out of my rug also nail polish & tar.Good Luck!

I would vaccum it out and don`t wet that area else you will have a big big stain.

wow, vacuum it if it is dry powder, do not put any kind of wet anything on it!!!!!!!! it will dye your carpet. i dunno what else to tell you, this sounds bad.
