Fallen has more energy, more passion, very interesting lyrics while The Open Door is more mature and has more every-day-life lyrics. They are different from each other and both worth bying. Though my favourite is Fallen...
...there is also an album called Origin, and that is their debut album, not Fallen. Origin also has some awasome track like Lies and Eternal...
