Let her figure it out on her own when you start showing. Give her a trip, ask her why she thinks you are getting bigger, does she think you're fat? LOL, if you can't wait that long get her a shirt saying World's greatest grandma, or a mug or something. She should be pleasently suprised. At 30 you're more than old enough to do what you want!

You're 30 years old. This is your responsiblity, not hers, so she has no reason to be upset. These things happen.
The fact that he has two children by someone else isn't really an issue is it? It shouldn't be. the only issue should be is if he is a good father and helps support those children. If he is a bad father or does not take part in his childrens lives emotionally or financially, then you should have considered that before you had sex with this man.
If you are happy about your pregnancy and believe that everything will work out and that your boyfriend is going to be there for you, then you have no reason to worry. Your mother shouldn't either. Tell her. I think that she will be happy for you.
Good luck!

You're 30 years old. I would just tell her. She can't be upset that you got pregnant too young at least. It is scary though... I understand you're fearful of her judgment... but as an adult now... and a mother-to-be... there is nothing to be ashamed of. Be happy and proud and tell her in a joyful manner. She is going to be a Grandma! Congrats.

I was 20 and married and scared to death to tell my parents that I was pregnant... I thought my dad would be so mad and I place a lot of value on my parents reactions... ever since I can remember.. You need to know that the hardest part is the actual telling... after that it's pretty much smooth sailing... you just have to react... and if you don't get that good a reaction, you will probably end up more mad than your mum, and end up with a sense of strength you didn't know you had... So tell her... it can go either way... and it may go just fine... BTW when i told my dad, he said 'congratulations pet', and he LOVES his grandson to death...

Just tell her, I am sure she will be happy that she will be a grandmother. My mom was mad when my sister told her that she was pregnant but 2 days later she had already told EVERYONE that she was going to be a grandma. Don't be afraid, if your boyfriend has other children, well this one is yours.

If you are afraid to tell her when you are 30 then you act like 18 ... LOL Are you mature enough to make your own decisions??? If not - you should NOT get pregnant, lady.

You are 30, you are grown and have been for a while. Just act like an adult and tell her. Who knows, if this is her first grandchild, she might actually be happy to be a grandmother.

you're a big girl. although it isn't always a good thing to happen if there isn't a marriage, you're pregnant, congrats, and now is the time to tell mommy. especially if you're starting to show. she probably is afraid that you'll be raising the baby alone. i don't know you or your boyfriend, so i'm just guessing. talk to her. that's all you can do. then, raise the baby with everything you can.
put your big girl panties on and deal with it!

Tell her. She can help you. You are certainly old enough to make your own decisions.
I worry about your boyfriend, though because he is young to be having 3 children but if he is a good dad then hope it works out well.
Congratulations.

Hi well my opinion your 30 years old. Tell your mum the truth because she's just going to find out any way so it's better for you to tell her than for her to find out from someone else. My mum always say's to me i'd rather you tell me that you made the mistake than someone else tell me what you did
