Regardless of who scores the most test match centuries. Brian Lara will be forever remembered as a great batsman who broke three world records. An amazing achievement for an amazing man.

Ricking Ponting is making considerable strides in delivering an outstanding record in test cricket. The difference is he has a better team so the support and pressure is not a s intense for him as it would be for Brian who feels he has to carry the team on his shoulders.

I think, even if he does, it'll not be for too long. Sachin Tendulkar has more years of test cricket left under his belt- than Lara, so'll end up with more ceturies. Similarly, Ricky Ponting becuase of his cosistency and the sheer number of test matches Australia play with get more ceturies than Lara or Tendulkar, when all three careers end. Irrespective of whether Lara will eclipse or not-he is the best batsman of his time- and among the greatest all time.

Yes he will pass the 34 in the next Test or 2. I;d think he'll hold onto that record for the next year or 2 or until he retires, but Ponting will eventually catch that record and could even go on to score 50 by the end of his career. I'd think that record will be his for a long time.

expertise clever equivalent Consistency equivalent Personalty clever by no ability met them so i can not remark. i might have the two in my group. Brian Lara had to play ordinary sides with little help from group friends. Lara's captain's gave carrying declarations giving the contest a guess for a consequence. Sachin Tendulker had extra gifted group friends who could desire to stay in and permit his expertise to polish. If Brian Lara became in a extra useful group he might have broke as many cricket records as Sachin Tendulker and can have made purely as many runs. the place is your evidence Sachin Tampered with cricket balls.
