I'm assuming you don't mean all the ways in which both sexes can act selfishly or selflessly, like volunteering at the soup kitchen or stealing a kid's lollipop.
Sleeping with a selfish guy is the worst. It's like all of a sudden becoming a blow-up doll, which is not a happy feeling. Also, hate, _hate_ guys that whine about women's periods. Dude, you aren't the one with the organ melting, so STFU! (Er, not _you_, of course).
A young man of mine once helped me move. Twice. In a period of four months, in the winter. Another nursed me through strep throat, even when I was up at night, unable to sleep for the pain. They were both very nice in bed, too, putting my pleasure before theirs and making sure I was happy.
Then there was that time at a bar when my guy friends kept calling this one girl a slut. It really got to me, so I explained why I was upset. "Slut" is a terrible word used to make women feel bad about our sexuality, and it's even worse coming from a guy. It turned out that we had similar problems with her behavior, which had very little to do with her sleeping around, which was really only a symptom of larger problems. They apologized for the hurt they caused me and stopped using that word. I think it's selfless in general to be able to admit you're wrong, especially when you're hurting someone else.

Selfish: Doesn't care that he has pre-mature ejaculation as long as he got his. Refuses to seek medical help with it, 'cause his pride is more hurt by telling a doctor in confidence than by never, ever satisfying his wife.
Selfless: Risks his life for friends/family. I read the wall that had the stories of medal of honor winners many years ago. There was a 2nd LT. in vietnam who threw himself on a grenade to save his squad. He did some other things too and this one topped the list. He did live, because the grenade was a dud, but his intent was heroic and selfless.

Once the guy I was seeing called me and asked me to come over. I said I wanted to take a shower first.He said"just come over u can take a shower at my place" I told him, " I like to take a nice long shower. I will not be out in 2 minutes" He said "whatever, take as long as u want" I got to his house and got into the shower. Not even 5 minutes later, he opens the door says"Time to get out now!" he then opens the shower curtain and turns the water off. I am covered with soap and remind him of that. He says"here is a towel, You can wipe the soap off" At this point I realized he had been drinking, and was not going to listen to reason, so I said ok. He left the bathroom, I locked the door behind him, jumped back in the shower and quickly rinsed off. By the time he got door picked open I was done. He said, " What the F--- are u doing? I TOLD you to get out of the shower!" I dried off and went home. I almost lost my job when he kept calling me at work after I asked him not to!! He called, I talked for a minute and then I said"Sorry the big bosses are here, I cant talk right now." He said "what are you doing later? " I repeated, "Sorry I cant talk right now!!I am going to get in trouble!" He said "tell me what time youre getting out of work" I said "I dont know, we are very very busy right now, I cant talk,the big bosses are here, I have to go now!!" He said"will you be out in 2 hours?" I said, " I dont know, I have to go,the owner is coming, sorry, but I have to hang up now", and hung up. He called right back... "WHY did you hang up on me?" I whispered"The big bosses are here!! You are going to get me fired!! I have to go now!! Dont call back again!! " and hung up again. I am no longer seeing this guy, but what the H--- is up with this? He didint seem to care that I was going to get in trouble at my job! He has a lot of money, I don't!!!

Trying to hit you in public and screaming his lungs out because he is angry.Calling you every name in the book on Thanksgiving with your family.Starts making fun of you because your on disability and tells you to get out and get a job.

Well, with my husband, I think he is selfish sometimes when he doesn't want me going out without him or the kids. He feels abandoned and sulks.
