It was so strange--I usually get a crush on a guy when i see he's cute, or after a while because of his personality. But this time was so different: I didn't even know the guy, I looked to him as he entered the room, and PAH! my heart jumped and I crushed on him! He's not that attractive, or popular, and I have no idea what his personlity was just like--why on earth did I feel cupid's arrow?

Oh yeah! I'm not sure why, but there was a guy when I was in high school that just intrigued me. He was average looking, not in the popular crowd or anything (neither was I), but he walked by one day and I found myself trying to be where he might walk by again on subsequent days. After awhile he noticed me and we ended up dating for two years. He was probably my first real "love" and I think of him fondly even now.

YES, that is the only way for me, i mean i am atracted to a certan look and manner but it is determened by chemistry, and just like u would love ur baby, it doesnt matter if he is handsome or smart, u just love, when u start to think "mmm, his nose is a bet big, or he is not that funny" then u know that u defently not in love

It happened to me in Home Depot about a couple of weeks ago and WOW! I had no idea that was part of the human experience. She opened me up to the core of my being instantaneously. It would be handy if we were to have a bit of warning, but I guess it doesn't work that way.

I think you are describing infatuation.

Infatuation can be defined as "an intense but short-lived and irrational passion for somebody or something" (Encarta World English Dictionary).

Sometimes I think it is called: It was meant to be. Sometimes we are suppose to be together. No matter what.
My mom fell in love with my dad. In just one moment. Thats all it took. The rest his history.
