Well no, quality is not the word that I would use mind you every time I have seen either of the Gallagher's they have been banging on about how great they are and how everyone else is rubbish> I do agree with them on that point, every other British band of the last 10-15 even 20 years has been crap - oasis included. I don't mean to be offencive but they are all just poor imitations of those who have gone before there has been no innovation the only innovation has come from ( unfortunately ) America Britain seems to have gotten bogged down with the pop idol mentality and boy bands that's why oasis come across as good because that is what they are up against!

They did some really good stuff! Wonderwall is one of my faves. Saying that, I can't listen to them for too long as their voices get a bit whiney to me. And I'm not keen on either Liam or Noel! I think they're a couple of idiots!

If, by pure quality, you mean the most absolute dire; dross; puke making; talentless; self-opinionated; boring; deluded; arrogant bunch of tw@ts to ever set foot in the music industry, then yes they are!!

(Bet you choose this as best answer!)

I was never a huge fan. Kind of whiny and biters.
My brother really loved them though.
