The technician is right, it's not your battery, it's your charger. You can order a new charger at http://toshiba.com

The technician is right, it's not your battery, it's your charger. You can order a new charger at http://toshiba.com or go to Fry's, Best Buy and get a generic unit will cost you less, your choice..

it can only be two things, the battery has a problem (it thinks its charged but its not) or you need a new AC charger, they cost around 45.00 - 100.00 i do not think its that metal prong where you connect that AC into the computer because those never fail unless u jam stuff in there

will it run without the battery? if you need a new charger im sure you could find one at an electronics store ... just look for the exact volts and at least as many amps rated as you have now ... it can be higher amps but not lower ...
