Nose bleeds are normal during pregnancy- as well as bleeding from the gums. Are you bleeding from the gums or the oral cavity? Ask your Dr at your next visit.

Because the womans body produces so much more blood for baby and her during pregnancy sometimes the body needs to release it, and it comes right from the nose.
I did some research I started getting nose blleds for the first time in my life.

if you are not talking about pouring blood then yes sometimes it can be normal... the blood sometimes is thinner and the walls of your veins thin out in your nose and mouth in pregnancy... It can cause you to bleed easier if you blow your nose too hard or you floss...

No I'd call the doctor your blood pressure could be elevated causing the nose bleeds. High blood pressure can be extremely dangerous during pregnancy!

Do you mean when you brush your teeth?
Hormones do something weird to you so you are more prone to bleeding gums if that is what you mean.
I had some nose bleeds while pregnant, but they weren't enough to make me concerned.

But, you should mention it to your doctor/midwife at your next appointment incase it is something odd.

It's not normal, you should go check that out as soon as you can. No one should bleed from their mouth.
