Memoirs of a Geisha truly opened my eyes to a jap lifestyle I knew existed yet by no ability regarded. Fahrenheit 451 also scares the bejesus out of me each and every time I study it. more and more issues in that e book seem coming authentic as each and every 12 months is going previous. also the stunning Bones became truly eye starting. That became an really confusing study, although and that i cried by a huge element of it. I had to provide it away because i presumed i'd study it again and purely be a mess.

Norman Vincent Peale's "The Power of Positive Thinking"

He was years ahead of his time, and captured the one thing that works for depression (not that drugs & counselling sdon't help too.) Still, with that book, I was able to see another way.

I read alot of books by him;most just say the same thing over & over. It is the practice of the ideas that works.

Not a one did. What did work was many years on this earth and experienceing what their was to offer. You will never understand what u read like u will if u experience it. The older u get and everytime u make a mistake u should learn from that and do it different the next time. That is the best way to learn as far as I'm concerned.,Good luck hon.

What I read wasn't a self help book. The title: "The Phantom". It made me realize that no one is the same. And made me realize what people go through when they are different. But it touched me. So I can have compassion on others who are different.

Its Please Stop Laughing At Me by Jodee Blanco but it is more of an autobiography. It will help you if you are bullied or were bullied. I was never bullied and is currently not bullied but it changed my way of thinking. It made me see how the other half lives and their struggle and their perseverence and how strong they are.

Read several and not a damn one of them helped. I finally realized that the answers to my questions had to come from within me.
