I had one 20 years ago when I was 23 and the only feelings I lost was the pain I was going through before the surgery. If your talking about sexual feelings, no she won't loose those. As a matter of fact most women's sex life improve greatly after a hysterectomy. Just tell her to give herself plenty oftime to heal and she'll be better than before. Good luck to her.

All feelings of what? I had one 7 years ago when I was 38 and nothing changed. Just no more painful cycles. I still have an ovary so i don't have to take any hormones and haven't gone through that cycle of life but I still have plenty of feeling(s).
