this might sound pretty gross...how about when you have a bunged up ear and then a bit of excavating reveals a big glob of wax. that is pleasure...

relief, sometimes pleasure.. i'd say most people would feel the same way, only it's often frowned upon to discuss this sort of stuff.. I don't have a problem myself though.
