How about a vacation from all of that technology...its boring and theres a big real world out there.

technology rocks. but try to ask for somthing beyond technology. ask for clothes, ask for some art supplies (you never know unitl you try), even ask for a vaction at the beach if you must. see, i'm the oppiste of you. the only popular technology i have right now is my gameboy advanced and the computer i'm on right now (and awesome flat pannel from e-machines) and i've got ever peice of art supplies, picture frames, modern art under the sky!
maybe ask for a gift card to a local book store (barnes & nobles?)?

i think you should get some rest, men. why don't you have a vacation from technology, try classical games like internet chess(although the internet part isn't classical).i think it is sometimes better to take a brake from technology, chess increases your logic, you know.

While tech. is great, try the obverse. Instead of all tech all the time, go for something traditional. Start a hobby, ask for something that peeks your interest that isn't tech.
