which one shall i choose to buy for my upcoming birthday. I own xbox360, xbox and ps2. i however HATED gamecube and sold it on ebay.

The PS3 is so much more powerful. The Wii is really geared toward new gamers, which you don't seem to be. PS3 all the way. Make sure you pick up Resistance: Fall of Man. Beautiful game.

well, if u have the 360....getting a PS3 would be kinda redundant. They are majorly different but almost the same in the aspect of gaming. The wii however is a step above the competition mainly b/c nintendo did something NEVER done b4 in the past 7 years....they created a GAME/ENTERTAINMENT system..they put the user IN the game and connect u with ur local community on the different channels..and peep this, u can browse the net on ur tv screen on the internet channel, make ur own living avatar on the mii channel, look at weather on the forcast channel and news channel, and get those ole classics in the wii store and relive the old moments that made gaming what it is today

i prefer wii
i am a gamecube fan and i only buy 'gamecube only' game for it. graphic's better than ps2. however, i've hear that the ps3 graphic is very good because of the DVD feature. but you don't really need to pay three or four hundreds dollars more for it since wii's gonna do the same job except DVD

in your case.. get the PS3.. and to the other poster.. noo the GC does not have better graphics than the PS2.. well anyhows.. if you hated the GC.. then youll prob hate the Wii.. i went out and bought a GC and played the Mario and Zelda games on it.. after that.. layers and layers of dust... every game is either a "party" game or a somewhat kiddish game.. the only GC i really wanted to buy was Metal Gear Solid.. and thats that..

Get the PS3 because you didn't like your gamecube and you have the latest Xbox generation.

ps3 put get will save and then buy ps3 or other way round i think the first that comes out is anxious and quicker but its want u want and more seansable the other way cos u finally get wat u want til march but as u have ps2 and have little money wait for ps3 if u dont own ps2 and have a lot or advge money g0 for wil up to u

I've played the Ps3. It's nice. :-)
Personally I would check to see if my favorite games were only on one system, and I'd choose systems that way.

I think both would be excellent systems but I would go with the Wii because of the wand, plus you get METROID AND ZELDA!!!!!!!!!
