I have lived in misery since taking a car loan from them. Any one else have similar experiences?

They are the worst!!!!! if you miss a payment they are calling you 20 times a day after only being one day late and they do not let up it is actually a computer that dials the number so it doesn't cost them anything. you can ask them for a cease and desist letter but just remember once they have it on file the only way you will know you have missed to many payments will be when they come to get your car by the way i was told by one of their supervisors that they will repossess after being 88 days late Good Luck

I have 3 credit cards from Capital One and an A+ credit rating. Never ever take an autoloan from a credit card company. 18 % interest or so, does your credit suck that bad. Get a loan from a dealer at 2.9%. Also, in a world of online payments you should never have a late payment.

Ew car loan? I know I've got excellent credit and they tried to increase the interest. I kicked them to the cure like a bat out of h*ll. I

Capital One is one of the lower grade companies. They get rich in offering cards to people who shouldn't have any more credit cards, then when those people blow it...they take advantage.

Clean your credit.

They sure spend a lot of money on mail solicitations for credit cards - I get several each week and can't seem to get them to stop sending them.
