worlds of fun by far. Oceans of fun is muck smaller and has less to do.
Must-visit oceans of fun attractions-
wave pool
racing slides
lazy river
hawaii slides
Must visit worlds of fun attractions-
The Patriot
The Mamba
The Detenator
The Ripcord (if your up to it ;) )
The Boomerang
The Zulu
The finish fling- if you dont mind getting really dizy
But in reality its up to you. If you arent into the big thrills go for oceans of fun.

It all depends on what you like. If you like playing in water and that go with Oceans. If you like Roller Coasters and that stuff, I would go for Worlds. There is also the third option of the pass to both parks.
