Billy, you are so right on that one. Arkansas' quarterback had a TERRIBLE day and Houston Nutt should have seen that and substituted or at the very least stopped with the long passes! Darren McFadden IS the best- hands down. The commentators always joke about trying to name someone better and they can't. Whoever had him as number 5 on their list is CRAZY!

No he isnt. Slaton is the best running back. He averages over 150 yards a game. He also had 200+ recieving and rushing yards in his last game (at Pitt). His only bad game was against Louisville because he lost 2 fumbles. He had lost feeling in his arm and lost strength in it. He suffered a sprained wrist and didnt know it. Thats why he fumbled 2 times. Slaton has about 100 more rushing yards then Mcfadden and also has 2 more games remaining..Arkansas only has 1 more game. Slaton actually has to compete with his QB to get the rushing TDs and he still has 14 just like McFadden.

He is definitely one of the top ten, but he also plays with what I think is the best coached line in the country. I think Slaton and White at WVU are better than McFadden. He is definitely the best back in the SEC this year though.

McFadden is such a friggin' stud.

If Arkansas had a QB, they'd be undefeated.

definitely in the top five but remember that he is very versatile...can run with the ball, catch passes, receive kickoffs and pass the ball...
