Are you a kid? Sounds like it. No offense, it's just funny how different people write differently. You can almost hear their voice. Well, I don't think you can contact Miley unless you go to her concert or something. You can find her e-mail address on the internet but it's not really hers. Her employees just read them and unless it's really important they don't show her. You could become a superstar and become friends with her. And the odds of that?

buy a concert ticket so u cna go see her and get backstage passess which can cost alot and then u can talk to her after the concert.
