I haven't used mower for 6 months now. filled the oil a little over full line (3/8" over) is that okay or should I pump extra out? Pulled the sarter till my arm was about to fall off, engine won't start. Please Help!

If it's been sitting for that long, the gas in the float bowl has gummed up everything in the carburetor.

Or, you have water in the bottom of the carburetor bowl.

Use a box end 1\2" wrench and take the bowl nut off the bottom of the carburetor, remove the bowl and sprat the snot out of the internal components and the bowl with carb. cleaner.

Then put it back together and keep your fingers crossed.
