are you from the city? as in inner city??
if so, try Choate Rosemary Hall High School in Wallingford, Connecticut they are an awesome prep school, one of the best in the country and they offer many inner city kids full scholarships if they earn them,,, they also love foreign students with different nationalitys,... (you say your from singapore?)

also some more advice..
i had the same problem but in a way it worked out for me because i am a freshman at an amazing catholic high school but always wanted to go to one of the six figure high schools but i settled and even the catholic school with its 5 figure tuitions were too much for my family but it all worked out with financial aid and believe me if you are a brilliant as you say any school would give any amount of money to have you ... just dont give up

just some words of advice :)

There really aren't many Tim Horton's in America, only a few in the northern states. But there are other opportunities around also. Who is moving here with you? 15 is really very young to be here on your own, living here. Unless you can find a sponsor family to take you in while you go to school here. Good luck.

Public schools in America are free. You can find a host family through an exchange program and go to a public school.

Your 14 years old so who going to support you in USA? They don't give out scholarships for foreign people to come to the US to go to a high school. If you got rich parents who can afford to send you to a private school no problem. But why should American tax payer pay for foreign students to be educated in US?
