what is the philippine private schools' policies on grading system to students with extra curricular actvities

what if the student represented the school and missed some activities and exams? Are there any specific policy from the dep ed to protect the student's academic standing? please help. Thank you very much and more power!

yes there is ,in the philippines a system for this . but it is not used for everyone , because the extra work will be about 3 times the regular school work.. the education system there is ahead of the usa
