About the only thing we won't eat (more than once) is something that may be poisonous to us such as a monarch butterfly and some frogs.

There are many species of fish and other aquatic fauna that are in-edible.
Why are we savages? A good percentage of all animals are carnivorus. We're lucky to be omnivorus and near the top of all food chains. Having some meat in your diet is good for you. If it weren't for eating meat our species would have died out a long time ago and you wouldn't be here to ask questions and assume we are savages because we eat Bambi.

um, some plants are poisonous and we don't eat them. it's not savage though, it's just the way. I don't eat animals. But plants are "alive" too. I draw a line. I think it is different. But some argue it is not, and then eat animals and plants.

We've never eaten dinosaurs. But I'm pretty sure that's only because we weren't living at the same time.

Just because you wake up after last night's meal of stewed stones doesn't make you a limnivore.
