It depends on whether you mean 2/3 divided by 3 or 2 divided by 3/3.
2/3 divided by 3 is 2/9.
2 divided by 3/3 is 2.

I USED to be a math whiz? none of the above. ans is 2/9 or 0.22222.......2/3 x 3 =2
use decimals if in doubt2 / 3 = >6666666666.
.6666666666.../3 = .22222222222...

2/3/3 is ambiguous ---
It could be 2/(3/3)=2/1=2
-or-
(2/3)/3=2/9
