"Silent Night".
It was written in Germany, during a particularly bad winter. The mouse had chewed through the organ cords (made of leather) because it was starving.
On reaching the church that morning, the pastor had to come up with another song for the service, so he took a little poem and set it to guitar music. The lyrics were originally written in German.
