Bohemian Rhapsody is a great song. It has everything. It's a ballad and a rock song and an opera all rolled into one. Great harmonies especially the overdubbed intro with only Freddie singing. It's brilliant. It's a funny song but it's kind of sad. Freddie was a freakin' genius and he had the best voice in rock history
RIP Fred!
ATTENTION!!! 'Bohemian Rhapsody' is not about sex or AIDS. The song was written in 1975. AIDS didn't show up until 1980 and Freddie didn't know he had HIV until '81. GET IT RIGHT!

I don't know which is my favourite song by Queen, I think that pretty much everything they made was and remains brilliant. I saw them play Slane in Ireland in 1986, it was a great show.
But you know what I think was amazing, their Live Aid set. Only Freddie could do the 'Day-oh!' thing and have 100,000 people sing back in one great big voice, no-one else has been able to do that. And then later on in the show he performed Is This The World We Created, and couldn't sing it so well as his throat was giving him problems ... of course, the day he died I remembered that performance and realised that that was the illness he had that eventually killed him.
Not that he'll ever REALLY die, not Freddie ... what a great artist.

didnt realise how much time had passed from when the poor guy died he was a genius. Have loads a favourite songs that queen sung, but my fave must be " i want to break free" closely followed by Bohemian rhapsody. Tough choice, so many favourites. Top band.

Definitely Bohemian Rhapsody because it really shows that Queen has not only talent as a rock band, but talent in classical music as well!

I used to be addicted to "Under Pressure" not only because a collaboration between Queen and David Bowie is super monumental, but it also spawned another greatest hit ever- "Ice, Ice Baby" Just kidding!!!
But, yes "Under Pressure" has got to be my favorite because it's a great song with great lyrics and David Bowie. I like a lot of their songs and think they are just an awesome band.

I bought Sheer Heart Attack on vinyl yesterday! I love it! And it has Now I'm Here on it, AND Killer Queen :-D
I also love Seven Seas of Rhye too.
It's so hard to choose a favourite when every one's a winner! (although Headlong was a pretty crap and bogstandard affair)
Also, drummer from legendary band versus singer from legendary band? No contest. Maria Callas died on the same day as Marc Bolan, but 'tis he who got the headlines.

Already made my cake for Freddie :) and that i painted my nails black too, for sure (basically one hand.) MQ: in demand Freddie second ought to should be at the same time as he suggested "Oh, i replaced into no longer made for Heaven. No, I don`t want to flow to Heaven. Hell is lots extra valuable. imagine of each of the exciting human beings you`re going to fulfill down there!". in demand Queen second should be stay at Rainbow. in demand Freddie music is "residing on my own" and my in demand Queen music as continually is "The March of the Black Queen"
