How many animals of each gender did Moses take on the Ark?
We took a quiz at school and I was just curious if I wasn't the only one who didn't know.

Noah took the animals on the Ark, not Moses and it would be 1 of each gender. (2)

Moses didn't have an ark. Noah did.

When Noah built his ark he decided that he was to tired to sail it so he put it on the front lawn with a for sale sign on it. A guy named Moses came along and after a lot of haggling back and forth bought the ark. Part of the deal he agreed to was to take a pair of each species of animal one female and one male except for him he was allowed to take all of his wives his children and their wives and husbands and children. You probably know the rest of the story. The part at the first is a bit silly but think about it people believe everything in the bible is true and was written by god. And that's just as silly.

Wow! First, Noah built the ark and he had one of each gender...I know that the Bible gets confusing sometimes but, there are so many daily references to Noah and the Ark I find it hard to believe that you didn't recognize this as a trick question!

Moses took the commandments...(A Total of Ten) while Noah took only one each of both genders of every breed of animal. The commandments were read to the animals in order for them to behave theirselves....... and not act like animals!! LOL

Sorry, kids, but the above answers are not correct. Noah took 7 pairs of each of the clean animals (the ones the Lord had said were fit to eat) and one pair of each of the unclean animals (the ones the Lord said we should not eat.)
