There were not dire consequences but it was quite funny (after I managed to disappear into the crowds) In town one day a guy was selling the Big Issue, and was shouting out the name. I misheard him and yelled back "Bless you".

i was driving over to see my mother my girlfriend was sat in the front passenger seat,we had a argument over something and nothing ,she was giving me the silent treatment ,so im trying to make conversation,we past a pub that we had a good time in recently ,so i said ''oh look love, the blue anchor'',her reply was '#'dont you dare call me a wxxxer'' we split up shortly after that.
