the merchant said send the item back and the refund will be processed, but now that i have sent it and im sending emails to the merchant, i receive no reply.

i live outside the usa,im here in the philippines and i dont see any reason why they victimize poor people like us, perhaps its ok to victimize people in the usa who are rich, but people here in the philippines...most of us are poor and the amount i spent for the product is equivalent to a month's salary here, plus the amount i spent in sending back the product, so pls help, if u email them then i know it will help

Continue to attempt contact, and go to the better business bureau website if you have no success to log a complaint and see if they can help you.

And please ... while many americans make good livings, and some are "rich"; a good deal more of us live on a very limited budget and have little discretionery income, and understand what you are talking about as far as money.

cancle your credit card adn get new ones. adn dont buy something from the internet unless you know the company, adn its big like amazon or play or tescos.
