No we are not even though we do, and if you do try and stop because you are no better then anyone else. I also am not any better then you. There is only one judge, remember that.

we should not.. it is the higher form of respect but still there is a moral issue at it : we have to judge the bad and the wrong to prevent and punish it. so I guess we must try to judge without prejudices.. it is already very hard..
