The rules of the country could get replaced fairly to undertake a stricter stance. The enforcement of the regulation could be utilized in any respect circumstances. No corruption interior the police tension. hire and prepare greater policemen, and get them out interior the known public, doing their accountability. even nonetheless bean would not accept as true with castration because of the fact the guy´s situation lies in his head. My goodness, while the guy won't be able to make his penis artwork, he won't be waiting to rape anymore. or perhaps particularly some the boys have suggested this degree. The death sentence could be introduced back till homicide and shootings have been stopped. decrease the quantity of criminal help for criminals. decrease the quantity of comforts and reward in detention center. they are there for punishment and not for a holiday. split up each and all the numbers gangs, if desires be, bypass back to the chain and shackle technique and positioned them into labour gangs, construction stadiums for the international cup or something that may not undemanding actual artwork. (Repairing roads or perhaps build a sparkling detention center interior the Kalahari, like somebody suggested.) The message could be: CRIME would not PAY !!! the government could shop on with each and all the guidelines carefully. in the event that they can't administration the murderers, then deliver back the death sentence! *Edit* Bean, the tattoo is a competent thought. it is going to be on the nostril so as that it may't be hidden away. If somebody has hid his nostril, then it is going to be assumed he has dedicated a criminal offense. And ostracised !!! like the lepers interior the previous days. and positioned across back the Scorpions to wrestle corruption interior the government.

Small towns and villages. My folks live in a small village, and unlike Johannesburg where people have two meter barbed wire fences, alarm systems, and armed response, my parents only have a small garden fence to keep dogs out and no alarm system.
There are still pick pockets, and the occasional car gets stolen, but not violent crime like people getting shot in hijackings.
